Shipping Policy

Firearms must be shipped via Fedex Overnight or 2 Day Air, to your selected FFL. Gunsmithing firearm returns will be shipped to and from the address on your drivers license. A copy of your drivers license must also be included in all shipments of firearms to Trinity Nevada for ATF logging.

NOTE: Federal Firearms License (FFL) required for shipment. Select a firearms dealer with a current FFL in your area. Please note which FFL will be receiving the firearm in the Comment box during checkout. A copy of the current FFL must be received before your firearm ships. Failure to do so could delay your order processing and shipping. If your FFL is not already on file, have them email a signed copy of their license to sales@trinitynevada.com and include your name and order number in the email, or mail it to Trinity Nevada, LLC, 6885 Speedway Blvd., Unit Y112, Las Vegas, NV 89115.

Return Policy

The Return Policy below covers all returns and exchanges. Any item marked with “Final Sale” WILL NOT Be ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Manufacturing Defects will always be warranted.  Trinity Nevada always stand behind our work and customer satisfaction is our goal.

All items must have an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to being shipped to Trinity.

IMPORTANT: Requests for an RMA # MUST be submitted by emailing sales@f9h.111.myftpupload.com. NO OTHER METHOD OF REQUESTING AN RMA # WILL BE ACCEPTED. The email must include the Contact Name, the Product Name you would like to return, the Sales Order Number from which the item was purchased and the REASON FOR THE RETURN.

Final Sale Items List

  • Barrels  – All Barrel models and Brands.  Please note normal wear is not a warranty item but any defects in the barrel will be covered.  Defects in the Barrel will be covered and the determination will be made by our gunsmith.
  • Magazines  – That are opened and not sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging.  This includes all customized magazines.
  • Apparel  – Unless it is a manufacturers defect and the item has NOT been worn or laundered.

Non-Defective Product Return Policy

Any OPENED item that shows ANY INDICATION of being INSTALLED, USED, or DAMAGED in any way, at the sole discretion of Trinity, will NOT be accepted for return.If an RMA#* has been processed and approved for store credit or refund to a credit card, the value of the credit or refund will equal that of the item’s original purchase price, LESS any shipping costs paid by Trinity to ship the original order.

Within 14 days of receiving an item

Returns for non-defective products will only be accepted with an approved RMA # which must be requested within 14 Days from the date your order was originally delivered.Once an RMA # has been issued for a return, the item being returned must be received by Trinity within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.  The only exception is an event out of the control of the delivery company. After the 10th day the item will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the consumer at their expense.

There will be a 5% RESTOCKING FEE applied to each UNOPENED product returned to Trinity with a valid RMA # which was issued within the 14 Day period.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to any items that have been opened or for which the manufacturer’s packaging has been damaged but the item is in NEW CONDITION.

When and IF a refund is approved, it will be applied to the credit card used in the original purchase or as a store credit.  Any discounts used in the original purchase will be included in a refund.

Between 15 to 30 Days from Receipt of Item

  • RMA requests that are received after 14 Days but NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS from the original order delivery date can ONLY be submitted for UNOPENED NON-DEFECTIVE PARTS.

ANY REFUND THAT IS APPROVED CAN ONLY BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT for future purchase.

Defective Product and Warranty Return Policy

All of our Trinity manufactured products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Returns for defective products will be accepted at the sole discretion of Trinity with an approved RMA #.
