Shipping Policy

Firearms shall be shipped via FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air, to an FFL. Firearms sent in for gunsmithing must be shipped to and from the address on the customer’s drivers license. A copy of the driver’s license and a copy of the invoice must also be included in all shipments of firearms to Trinity Nevada. Write all Serial Numbers on the invoice, and keep a copy for your records.

NOTE: A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is required for shipment of firearms. Select a firearms dealer with a current FFL in your area. Please note which FFL will be receiving the firearm in the Comment box during checkout. A copy of the current FFL must be received before your firearm ships. Failure to do so could delay your order processing and shipping. If your FFL is not already on file, they shall email a signed copy of their license to sales@trinitynevada.com and include your name and order number in the email, or mail it to Trinity Nevada, LLC, 6885 Speedway Blvd., Unit Y112, Las Vegas, NV 89115.

Return Policy

The Return Policy below covers all returns and exchanges. Any item marked with “Final Sale” WILL NOT Be ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Manufacturing Defects will always be warranted. Trinity Nevada reserves the right to repair or replace products that demonstrate material or workmanship issues.

Returned items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to being shipped to Trinity.

IMPORTANT: Requests for an RMA # MUST be submitted by emailing service@TrinityNevada.com. NO OTHER METHOD OF REQUESTING AN RMA # WILL BE ACCEPTED. The email must include the Contact Name, the Product SKU you would like to return, the Purchase Order or Sales Order Number from which the item was purchased, and the specific REASON FOR THE RETURN.

Final Sale Items List

  • Barrels – All Barrel models and Brands. Please note that normal wear is not covered under warranty. Defects in material or workmanship are covered. Final determination of coverage will be made by our gunsmith.
  • Blemished Items – Blemished items are sold “as-is.” Blemished items are also guaranteed to function and are backed by the lifetime warranty. However, any aesthetic defects are not covered and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Magazines – Magazines not sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging cannot be returned. This includes customized magazines.
  • Apparel – Apparel cannot be returned unless it is a manufacturers defect, and the item has NOT been worn or laundered.

Non-Defective Product Return Policy

At the sole discretion of Trinity, an OPENED item that shows ANY INDICATION of being INSTALLED, USED, or DAMAGED in any way, will NOT be accepted for return. If an RMA#* has been processed and approved for store credit or refund to a credit card, the value of the credit or refund will equal that of the item’s original purchase price, LESS any shipping costs paid by Trinity to ship the original order.

Within 7 days of receiving an item

Returns for non-defective products will only be accepted with an approved RMA #. The RMA number must be requested within 7 Days from the date your order was originally delivered. Once an RMA # has been issued for a return, the item being returned must be received by Trinity within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. The only exception is an event out of the control of the delivery company. After the 10th day the item will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the consumer at their expense.

A 25% RESTOCKING FEE shall be applied to each UNOPENED product returned to Trinity with a valid RMA # which was issued within the 7 Day period.

When a refund is approved, it will be applied to the credit card used in the original purchase or as a store credit. Any discounts used in the original purchase will be included in a refund.

Defective Product and Warranty Return Policy

All Trinity manufactured products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Returns for defective products will be accepted at the sole discretion of Trinity with an approved RMA #. Returns and warranties must be shipped within 10 days from issuance of the RMA#.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or product finishes or any internal parts including sight and springs. Any modification to the product will void the warranty. Use of hand loaded reloaded or remanufactured ammunition voids this warranty.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Current production items shall be advertised at a minimum of 95% of MSRP. “Advertised” refers to any public offering in writing, via internet, and public verbal announcements. The Dealer may sell the items at any price, as determined by the Dealer.

Advertised sale price of discontinued items shall be negotiated on a per product basis between the seller and Double D Arms / Trinity.
